Reviscan: Building a Platform for Inspection and Revision Management
What It Is
Reviscan is a cloud platform for managing device and equipment revisions (inspections) across organizations. It gives teams one place to plan inspections, track deadlines, assign ownership, and monitor compliance status across projects.
Why I Built It
I built Reviscan to solve real operational pain in revision workflows: missed deadlines, scattered manual tracking, poor field access to revision data, and increasing compliance risk.
The platform is focused on preventing deadline failures with smart reminders, improving field access through QR-based lookups, and giving teams a clear, shared view of revision progress.
How I Built It
I designed Reviscan as a multi-product platform with a web dashboard, lightweight field workflows, and a mobile-friendly experience so teams can use it in both office and on-site contexts.
My role covered product design, user flows, and implementation. I focused on making the system easy to operate at scale: clear permissions, reliable notifications, and fast access to the right revision records.
Technically, I built it with a modern web stack and cloud backend services, but the main priority was product reliability, secure organization separation, and smooth day-to-day operations for teams.
